So I know it's been a while since my last update. Just wanted to fill you guys in about my volunteer placement. For the next 8 weeks I will be teaching English twice a day to some of the COLT kids and to some older university students. I work from 9-10 am and 1-3 pm. The kids are great and the university students are super eager to learn. Next week we have the first three days off of the week since it is the King's Birthday. Apparently he needs three days to celebrate it, haha. But this long weekend I have arranged to travel to Battombong and Siem Riep with some other volunteers. I'm really excited to see another part of this beautiful country. And since it is so dang hot here and almost unbearable at times especially at night, I have changed my accommodations arrangements to live in the volunteer guesthouse with air conditioning. It was just too dang hot. Today we had a mini monsoon during our tuk tuk ride this afternoon. It felt heavenly! But all in all things are going better and I miss you all so much! Update again soon!!!
